We offer emergency medical kits to keep at home in case of emergency or during travel. Base kit includes the following medications. 

Medifit Emergency Kit

  • Augmentin 875/125mg (28 tablets)​

  • Azithromycin 250mg (6 tablets)​

  • Ciprofloxacin 500mg (28 tablets)​

  • Doxycycline 100mg (120 tablets)​

  • Metronidazole 500mg (30 tablets)​

 

Additional medications available on request. Pricing varies.​ Long term supplies of chronic medication available as well.

Otherwise, this appointment will be used to collect your demographic information and collect payment for your kit. The rest of the information will be collected via email.
